A Two-Week Notice Is Required To Book A Party

50% non-refundable deposit of total party is due at the time of booking. The balance will be due 48 hours prior to the scheduled party date. Non - payment of balance 48 hours prior to party date may result in cancellation.

ONE reschedule is permitted per booking which your deposit will be transferred to your new party date. Second party date must be scheduled within 60 days of the original party date.  

 

We ask that you contact us to reschedule at least 72 hours before scheduled party date to avoid  forfeiting your one time reschedule. 

refusal OF SERVICE

SPA BROUGHT TO YOU has the right to terminate service for any of the following reasons: rash, lesions, broken skin on the area being treated or any medical conditions that would interfere with service. We do not provide services in a smoking facility or home. Please let us know at the time of booking if anyone receiving service is pregnant.

Technicians are not permitted to wait on guests who are not in attendance during scheduled party time.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE PARTY

Please allow 30 minutes for set up and 30 minutes for breakdown. We ask that you allow the technicians access to water, an electrical outlet and set up space. Please have all pets put away during scheduled party time. We’ll do the rest!

 

TRAVEL FEES

If you are 10-25 miles outside of Waldorf, MD 20601, there will be a $35 travel fee. However, 25+ miles outside of that location, there will be a $55 travel fee. 

GRATUITY

Gratuity is not included, however, would be greatly appreciated by technicians. Gratuity can be given via cash, Cash App, Venmo or PayPal.
